Course Description
Employees who are engaged in their work are more productive and likely to remain in their positions for a longer period of time. Recent studies show that engagement in American workers is as low as 32%, and that as many as 24% are actively disengaged (Gallup). So, how can you address this? Your employees are dynamic, and your engagement initiatives should be, too. During this one-hour MAPCast, “The Art of Employee Engagement”, we will explore how leadership at all levels of the organization impacts employee engagement and retention. You will discover the four stages of the Employee Engagement Cycle, learn to recognize the not-so-obvious signs of disengagement among team members, and leave with tools to use with employees at various stages of development. You will also have an opportunity to look at your organization as a whole, and begin to build the foundation for a dynamic engagement program.
