Director of Finance & Operations
We are looking for an established finance and operations professional to help us run a better business.
This is not a traditional office management or administrative position. We are looking for someone who will operate alongside firm leadership, think critically about how the firm works, challenge inefficient processes, strengthen financial discipline, and identify opportunities to make the organization more profitable, efficient, and scalable.
The right person will develop a deep understanding of how our firm makes money, where we spend it, how our people spend their time, and where our processes create unnecessary cost or friction.
We want someone who will ask questions, identify problems we may have become accustomed to, and bring solutions.
That includes tightening expenses where appropriate, improving cash flow and profitability, strengthening accountability, improving systems and workflows, evaluating staffing and technology investments, and helping us make better decisions about where to deploy our resources.
The objective is not simply to reduce costs. It is to build a stronger operating foundation that gives the firm greater flexibility and more room to say yes, whether that means investing in our people, improving technology, taking on the right clients, expanding services, or pursuing new opportunities.
This person will serve as a key advisor to the partners and take meaningful ownership of the financial and operational health of the firm.
