As Firm Administrator, you will be responsible for: 

  • Driving improvement and growth of the firm, the partners, and the team.
  • Ensuring a smooth flow of work through the firm.
  • Creating a great experience for new and existing team members.
  • Helping us connect with one another and have fun.
  • Managing and innovating personnel-related systems including evaluations, benefits and payroll.
  • Keeping up our beautiful office space.
  • Overseeing important financial matters to ensure cash flow and timely billing and collection.
  • Encouraging the firm’s expanded use of technology and digital records.
