POSITION SUMMARY:

The Firm Administrator (FA) is responsible for the overall management of the office administrative activities, including general administrative policies and procedures.  The FA plays a key role in human resources and acts as a liaison between management and team members and between accounting and administrative personnel.  We provide an awesome team oriented work environment, phenomenal benefits, training and advancement. We provide public accounting, tax and business advisory services to clients in private industry specializing in construction, real estate, manufacturing and transportation. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Works as an effective team member to complete projects and tasks
  • Exercises direct, day-to-day supervision of the administrative support functions of the firm
  • Communicate with staff internally
  • Communicate with clients externally
  • Acts as a liaison between our firm and our IT provider
  • Human Resource support
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field of study
  • Five to eight years’ experience in business administration including at least four years in a professional services environment
  • Additional professional certifications (i.e. SHRM, PAFM, PHR) preferred but not required
