Presenter and Moderator Bios
Presenter: Erin Hartman, CPA, Senior Manager – Firm Services, AICPA

Erin Hartman is a Senior Manager of Firm Services at the AICPA, where she oversees relationships with G400 firms, Firm Associations & Networks, and state societies. She also leads PCPS networking groups, the business model transformation project, and the MAP benchmarking survey.
Since joining the Firm Services Team in July 2021, Erin has leveraged her extensive background in both public and private accounting. Her career began as an auditor at EY, spanning experiences from a Big 4 firm to smaller practices. She has served as a Controller at a regional advertising agency, Director of Finance at a K-12 private school, and most recently, as a Tax Manager at a Top 10 firm before transitioning to the AICPA.
Erin is a licensed CPA in North Carolina, holding degrees from Meredith College and North Carolina State University’s Master of Accountancy program. She works out of the Durham, NC office and calls eastern North Carolina home.
