Once you have chosen to make a technology change at your firm, you need to have a solid change management process in place. However, with the right plan, you can not only lead productive change but also accelerate it. In this session, we will discuss things for leadership (Firm Leaders, Managers, CTO’s, Administrators, Partners) to consider when making big changes and best practices on how to roll out a new technology platform at your organization.
