Course Description

This panel discussion will help you identify when it is time to initiate a technology search and how to sort through all of the marketing hype for the solutions that you are considering. We will share advice on best practices to help you identify what you need and determine when you need it. We are bringing our A-list to the table. Lacy Magby, seasoned Implementation Expert, will moderate the conversation with Tiffany Roussel, Business Application Manager, Honkamp Krueger & Co., and Meredith Jolly, CEO, Conarc.

Presenter and Moderator Bios
Tiffany K. Roussel, Business Application Manager, Honkamp Krueger & Co., LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt, specializes in process improvement and data-driven results. She assists in the standardization and implementation of applications and other technology initiatives. Her focus is on business process improvement and developing and training on best practices. She has over 10 years of experience managing people with 6 years in the accounting industry and 5 years specific to the tax process.

Meredith Jolly, CEO, Conarc, has extensive experience in management, business growth, customer service, and software development. Her mission at Conarc is to support and grow the team while maintaining and improving the product and service. She is a servant leader who inspires her team to embrace continuous professional development. Meredith has a BA in Mathematics/Economics from Agnes Scott College and an MBA from Georgia State.

Lacy Magby, Vice President of Sales, Conarc, has over 10 years of experience in management, implementation and client services with 8 of them being focused on business-wide software solutions and change management. She specializes in helping businesses improve processes with technology solutions and software integrations. Lacy has a strong focus on customer service, communication, and building community.

Cost

Delivery System

  • All programs are delivered using the Zoom platform.
  • Confirmations will include log-in instructions.
  • Participants are able to participate using any device with an Internet connect (if the device does not have speakers, the participant can also dial-in) or they can participate with audio only by dialing in.
  • All registrants will receive a link to the MAPCast’s recording by email within 48 business hours of event’s conclusion.
  • There will be assistance available to help with technical and connectivity issues up to 10 minutes prior to the start of the presentation.

Registration

All registration is done on-line with the names and email addresses of each individual guest. Log-in details will be emailed to all registrants approximately 1-2 days prior to each session.

Refund Policy

CPAFMA will not issue refunds for MAPCasts. If a registrant is unable to participate in the MAPCast and sends written notice to info@cpafma.org 48 hours prior to the session, a credit will be provided for a future MAPCast. Alert the CPAFMA staff member monitoring the MAPCast if technical difficulties are encountered and technical support will be provided to eliminate problems with future MAPCasts.

Additional Information

Live participation is required for CPE credit and polling questions must be answered to show active participation. All registrants will receive an email following the session with links to the slides and/or handouts, and a link to the MAPCast recording (unless otherwise stated). If you are unable to participate in the live session, you can still watch the recorded session, but you will not be eligible for CPE credits.
