Course Description

What do candy bars and CPA firms have in common? Wayfair. Is a candy bar food or candy? The answer is “it depends” and with the recent Wayfair Supreme Court decision, CPAs need to know why this is important, and be proactive in explaining it to clients that may be impacted. This session will help attendees understand the Wayfair decision and learn strategies your firm can implement to reduce the risk of a professional liability claim related to the Wayfair decision. If you’re covering or plan to cover this, keep the team at AICPA Member Insurance programs in mind. They can provide perspective via email or phone.
