Course Description

Few companies can really claim they have engaged employees on board. Individuals are hired in hopes that they will be more than just a "corpse" that will drag itself to work each day! As time moves on, however, most companies are often left with people who check their "brains" or creativity or "discretionary effort" at the door.

When employees are "engaged", companies and firms realize a huge payoff, in terms of lower turnover, better safety ratings and in general more productivity. Learn how to incorporate these tried and true vital components into your everyday workplace.

The session will discuss how to learn to energize the workforce by focusing on four key constituencies: 1) Your Direct Reports as Individuals, 2) Your Direct Reports as a Team, 3) Your Extended Organization Below and 4) Yourself
