Alkon & Levine, PC, an established accounting firm located in Newton, MA, has been providing tax and financial services to our community and surrounding areas for over 45 years! Our firm specializes in tax, financial planning and provides consulting to individuals and business owners to meet all their financial needs. Currently, we have an immediate opening for a year-round Tax Professional to join the team!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Individual, Partnership, Corporate and Fiduciary Income Tax Returns
- Identify and implement tax planning opportunities for clients
- Research tax matters
- Building & maintaining relationships with clients, including identifying and implementing tax planning opportunities.
We are seeking individuals with:
- Experience with preparing individual, partnership, corporate and trust tax returns
- Bachelor’s degree, MST – a plus but not required.
- CPA with 3-5 years tax experience or CPA candidate
- Strong technical skills pertaining to tax preparation and review, tax compliance, agency correspondence and tax research
