Presenter and Moderator Bios
Debbie Madden is a Corporate Trainer at Berry Dunn McNeil and Parker. She is responsible for coordinating the training of all the CPA’s and administrative staff in the firm. In her role she is responsible for tracking all CPE credits, creating necessary classes, teaching classes, as well as finding the training necessary for all staff members. Working in the IT department, most of the training is of a technical nature but it also spans to cover Human Resource needs. She is the ‘go to’ person when it comes to MS Office products and is challenged daily with the questions from staff.

Debbie came into the training role while at Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. She started as a computer programmer and the role transformed after 20 years of working with the programming staff and determining that it’s all in the training. She became a full time trainer in 1998 and has enjoyed dedicating her days to teaching adults ever since.

In 2004, Debbie left her corporate job to work in retail, running her own store. She rejoined the training arena in 2008 and has found a great fit with Berry Dunn McNeil and Parker. She is able to use her experience as a business owner and trainer to determine the needs of the staff.

When she is not working, Debbie enjoys spending time with her four children, playing taxi driver and attending the various sporting events her children are involved in.
