Course Description

The performance of your professionals is what makes them and your firm successful. When underperformance occurs, it should be dealt with quickly and effectively. The question often arises: what should you do? Ignoring, pleading or beating on people are ineffective, although often employed.

There is another way.

Using the science of human performance, the presentation will cover:

> the six factors that affect human performance how to assess each of

> the factors employ interventions that are focused on specific factors

> some proven strategies that others have sucessfully used

When you perform a proper assessment and apply relevant "fixes," you will have a positive impact on people.
