Course Description

Creating a professional, visual image is the key to your success! This session will discuss first impressions and how they affect your clients image of your firm as well as dress code policy determination and implementation suggestions on how to create a Model Policy that will enhance the image you wish to imply. First impressions and dress code policies are closely linked to the success of your business and it's reputation, do you know what your customers expect? Your image should reflect your company's personality, industry and expectations. Once you've determined the image desired for your company, policies should be established. The first impression could make or break a deal! Dress code policies should be revisited and updated periodically, to allow for changing times. Although styles and standards have changed since the 1950's you can still create and maintain certain standards for the office that are appropriate today. We have to keep in mind it's a give and take world in today's work environment, but appearance does equal success!
