Course Description

The CPA profession has been making great strides in attracting young accountants. However, there is still a gap between demand and the availability of top talent to fill that demand. Finding experienced accountants is especially challenging. Your firm not only needs to attract top talent, you must retain top talent.

Clients want, and will pay, for more. Without a quality team, firms will not be able to grow into new, highly profitable service areas or simply compete in today’s market. Understanding and retaining the new workforce is critical to the success of a firm. Join Rita Keller, nationally known CPA management consultant, to explore how your firm can bridge the staffing gap.
