Course Description

With recruitment and retention of quality employees consistently topping surveys of firm leaders’ concerns, many in our profession are taking a hard look at everything they do that impacts their ability to attract and hang on to their best people. Although sometimes overlooked in planning and strategizing, new employee orientation processes should be one of the first things leaders examine in their battle to find and keep top talent.

Does your initiation process ensure that the first week on the job will be the best week of a new employee’s career? The unfortunate truth is that most new employee orientation is done at a mediocre level, and the tremendous capacity of this critical process to teach firm culture and build employee loyalty is lost. Join us for this important presentation and learn key principles, essential steps, and innovative ideas you can apply to turn your employee orientation process into a powerful retention tool.
