Course Description

Join us for this (1) Hour presentation on:
Navigating the complexity of qualified retirement plans can be tricky. Although you likely retain service providers to assist you with the various tasks required, the ultimate legal responsibility typically rests with the employer. Proper compliance with the applicable IRS/DOL regulations will require at a minimum that you provide complete and accurate data to your service providers and that you ensure that all of the required testing is completed and disclosures are provided. Meeting these requirements affords protection to the plan fiduciaries for the personal liability assumed. Just as important, a well-run plan enhances your employees' experience with your organization. This presentation is intended to equip you with an understanding the proper data used as a basis for compliance as well as what
you should expect to receive as an outcome in terms of the benefits and testing results.
