Course Description

The ChaosOver Productivity Program Includes:
1. Prioritization of tasks:
The proper prioritization and familiarization of all tasks, whether written, verbal or electronic. This keeps us from waking up at 3:00 a.m. worrying about what we forgot.
2. Activity Coordination:
Bringing together scheduling, communications and tasks, whether using computer-based electronic schedulers, PDAs or paper-based book organizers
3. Information Retrieval:
Instantly accessing needed information from your file systems and databases, both paper-based and electronic... including computer networks and the Internet.
4. Work Environment:
A clear and comfortable work area that supports effective interaction with one another. This reduces distractions and promotes focus and concentration.
5. The Creative Process:
Applying your imagination and creativity for problem solving and success. Working with your clients to grow their businesses, as well as your own.
6. Effective E-mail & Information Flow:
Watch your e-mail processing time go from hours to minutes. An effective e-mail processing system that vastly improves the flow of information.
7. Desktop Set-up and Workflow process:
An effective physical desktop set up and workflow process that permanently eliminates the typical desktop clutter, and integrates the elements of our operating system into action. The ChaosOver, Inc. Program workflow process provides just seven specific destinations for all of your information to be actively processed. Piles of papers will never again return.

Presenter and Moderator Bios
Len Merson is the Founder/CEO of Chaos Over, Inc. His career began in sales and marketing consulting. Invariably, the companies that contracted for his services were so disorganized that it was hard to see how they attained, and maintained, the success they had achieved. This mismanagement of information was, for the most part, under the surface. Merson taught them methods to become far more organized. Carefully following a paradigm that he had formulated, each company's sales, revenue, productivity and profit "shot up like a rocket!" Merson also began to see how powerful the correlation was between organization and the self-esteem of those involved. It was from this actualization that the Chaos Over Program was born in July of 1973.

Merson is an awarded member of the National Speakers Association. He is an international lecturer and corporate trainer and consultant, published author as well as an expert in the field of managing information flow and organization.
