There has been a lot of discussion lately about Innovation and Transformation. The big firms all have committees looking at every process in the firm to see if the client and/or employee experience can be improved.

William Vaughan Company is in the early stages of formally creating an innovation committee and we are seeking guidance, experiences, and best practices. More specifically, if your firm has an innovation committee- we are seeking to understand the purpose. Why was the committee formed? How was it formed? What is the primary objective of the innovation committee? What is the composition of the committee? What steps did you take in order to get the committee off the ground? How do you measure success?

Additionally, we would like to know if any of our peers surveyed their respective firms in regards to the current state of innovation within the firm. We believe that a survey will help us understand the perception of where we are today in regards to innovation.
